A $100 deposit / Retainer fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time (This will be applied to your overall balance).25% deposit is due with your Deposit Invoice. Deposit is due no later than 30 days prior to event (this ensure extra add-ons that have been ordered or any customizations are completed and available)The remaining balance will be on your Final Balance invoice this will include the credit from the $100 retainer fee that was paid at booking and any added milage fee if more than the comlimentary 30 miles. Retainer fee and deposits will not be refunded.However, we have a one time curtesy offer, to transfer deposits toward reschedualing event within 60 days of original event date. Cancellations must be written via e-mail to annaliese@chickiebugevents.com at least 30 days prior to your event to receive a full refund, minus the retainer fee. Cancelations less than 30 days will be 50% refund.  If made less than 7 days prior to your event, no refund will be given; however, you can apply those funds to a future party - provided that it is booked to occur within 60 days. Any personalized add-ons or custom party favors are non-refundable

Delivery on the day of your event will occur between 10am and 2pm. The exact timing will be discussed when we receive final payment. The client is expected to be present at the time of delivery and setup. If client is not present the event will be canceled and funds will be forfeited with no refund.Please clean and clear the area for setup prior to our arrival time. Please keep pets out of the setup area during setup, during the event and takedown.If area is clean and ready, setup should take no longer than 1 ½ -2 hours depending on the packageNo jumping or climbing allowed on any items / equipment provided by ChickieBug Events.Client will sign off on all items left by ChickieBug Events.We will pick up all items the following day between 9am and 12pm. The balloons will be the clients responsibility.

The client is responsible for the care of all items & equipment during the party. Any damages or lost/stolen items will result in a detailed invoice with amount of repaires or replacement items being charged to Credit Card on file. The client is responsible for the cost of replacing any damaged items due to mistreatment during the rental period. If any item is damaged, stained, excessively dirty, or exposed to cigarette smoke, it will result in replacement.

No children under 2 should be on our beds or in the teepees at any time for safety reasons. Prohibited items as described but not limited to·     Animals such as dogs or cats in set up area.·     Shoes, slime, fingernail polish, makeup, blood, staining foods or drinks, etc.Any stains inside or outside the teepees or on any other items or excessive cleaning needs as determined by ChickieBug Events, may result in damages being charged against card on file. Please keep the tent set up environment clean and smoke-free.

Children must be supervised - at all times - by an adult (18 or older) during the rental period. ChickieBug Events will not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss or damage to property however caused during your rental period. The client is responsible for any accidents that occur during the rental period as well as any injuries that may be caused by misuse of balloons. If you have any safety concerns regarding our equipment, please let us know prior to our departure after set-up so we can modify or remove items if needed.

Should you agree that ChickieBug Events may photograph your event, ChickieBug Events reserves the right to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now or hereafter existing. At no point will ChickieBug Events disclose names, ages, addresses, or any personal information. However, we respect your privacy, and you may request not to have all or portions of your party photographed. We will respect that request.A signed waiver form will be available at Deliver Set-Up
