Please allow 24 hours for email responses.A $100 retainer fee is due at the time of booking. This will reserve your date and time. Payment to ensure that your date is protected. This fee will be applied to your "Balance" Invoice.

•	When do I need to book a slumber party?

As soon as possible to lock in your “date” and secure equipment availability for your specific theme.

•	Do you require a Retainer Fee to book a Slumber party?

Accepted Answer

Yes, A $100 non-refundable Retainer fee is required at time of booking. This Fee ensures that your date is lokked in and safe from being over-booked. This fee will be applied to your overall balance.

•	Do you require a security / Damage deposit?

Accepted Answer

We require a $100 Booking retainers fee to lock in and ensure your date on our calendar.We do not require a damage deposit. A credit Card will safely be held on your account until after Event date. After the event and all ChickieBug Events  property is inspected.  If damages or missing items occur, you will recieve an invoice with details, we reserve the right to charge the total amount of damages to the Credit Card being safely held on your account.We accept most major credit cards, Pay Pal, Venmo as payment

•	What does payment timing requirements look like?

Booking of Event on calendar= $100 Retainment Fee required (non-refundable) – to be applied towards Invoice balance. This blocks your date so that no one else can book at that timeConsultation / Deposit Invoice = 25% deposit of total event overall balance . Payment reccommended as soon as possible to ensure that add-ons and customizations are available and ready. Payment due no later than 30 days prior to event.Final balance Invoice= Overall invoice balance. Due no later than 7 days prior to event.

•	What is included in the price?

We do all the work for you! We will design/customize, delivery & set-up, tear down & pick up, and launder/disinfect all items for future use. We include the backdrop, tent, air mattress, rugs, all linens (for hygiene purposes we DO NOT supply a pillow for sleeping), blanket, theme décor, bed tray and tray light, string lights, light box and rugs. Each theme will vary slightly – please refer to the chosen theme for actual accessories.

•	How much space do I need per teepee setup?

Accepted Answer

The overall width of the teepee with twin sized blowup mattress is 45”wide and 70” long. We configure the layout usually with the tents side-by-side or across from each other, depending on the space. We can arrange the teepees according to your space.Each individual setup (teepee, mattress, and breakfast tray) requires a footprint of approximately 4 feet wide by 6 feet long. Please measure your living room or bonus room before booking to ensure your desired number of tents will fit safely with walking room.

•	What is your sanitation protocol?

Hygiene is our absolute top priority.After every single event, all linens are laundered in fragrance-free, hypo-allergenic, anti-bacterial detergent after each use, regardless of whether they were slept on. Mattresses are protected by waterproof protectors and washed after each use. All materials are disinfected after each party.Hard surfaces like breakfast trays, lanterns, and structural frames are deeply disinfected using child-safe, non-toxic sanitizing sprays.We meticulously clean and sanitize all tents and decore with each use. Your child's safety is our priority and we take it very seriously.

•	Do you travel / Is there a travel fee?

We proudly serve Augusta, Evans, and the greater CSRA area.We deliver within 30 miles of Evans, Ga. Deliveries within our standard service radius are completely free.If your venue or home is located outside of our primary service area, a small, distance-based delivery fee will be added to your final custom invoice.Please contact us for details.31-40 miles = $15

•	Non-smoking environment

To protect our premium luxury fabrics and ensure the safety of future allergy-sensitive children, we maintain a strict 100% smoke-free home policy.We desire to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all your guests, therefor, we are unable to be negotiate on this issue. •	Do I need to provide power?

We request the use of electrical power to inflate the air mattresses during setup.

•	How long does a set up / take down take?

Accepted Answer

Setup generally takes about 1-2 hours depending on the size of your event. We will be sure to leave plenty of time before your guest arrive. We will contact you the week prior to your event to schedule a setup time. All furniture, toys, pets etc. should be cleared prior to our arrival so that there is an open space for party setup. ChickieBug Events is not responsible for any furniture removal / replacement. We practice safe and sturdy setups - no tripping hazardsTake down takes around 45 minutes or less. Please be sure that all personal belongings and trash are removed from the teepee area before we arrive for pickup, we will take care of the rest!

Question 17

•	What to expect with set Up / Take down.

Delivery on the day of your event will take place between 10am and 2pm. The exact timing will be discussed when receive full payment.You will be expected to be present at time of delivery and set up.Please clean and clear the area for set up of all furniture prior to our arrival time. If area is cleaned and ready, set up should take no longer than 1 ½ to 2 hours, depending on package.Please keep pets off set up area§  During set up§  During the event§  During take down.ChickieBug Events will pick up all items the following day between 9am and 12pm. The balloons belong to you.

Question 18

•	Are food and drink permitted in the teepees?

No slumber is complete without late night snakes, but we kindly request that you treat our teepees and bedding as you would your own. Light snacks and clear drinks are fine inside the teepee area, but please avoid sticky and colored drinks that may stain or damage our fabrics. The party host will be responsible for the cost of cleaning fees and / or replacing of damaged items.

•	Do you design custom parties?

Yes! ChickieBug Events offers a wide range of Themes and Styles, but if, by chance, you have something in mind that we don’t yet offer, as an event designer I can customize your options - whether it be themes or color schemes to bring your vision to light.

Question 20

•	Natural disasters or severe inclement weather

In the event of a natural disaster, cancelation is understandable. Therefor rescheduling your event is permitted without any penalty.Event must be rescheduled within 60 days of canceled event, or Deposit will not be refunded

•	What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

In the event of cancellation, the client should notify us at annaliese@chickiebugevents.com no less than 30 days prior to the planned date. The balance of all monies collected toward event, minus the $100 retainer fee will be fully refunded.Should the cancellation take place less than 30 days, 50% event total will be refunded.Should the cancellation take place less than 7 days deposit will be non-refundable. The deposit can be transferable to a different party date based on availability. Future party date must be within 60 days.Balloons, personalized favors and custom add-ons are non-refunded.

•	Can tents be set up outdoors?

•	Do you book parties in my area?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within a 30 mile radius of Evans Georgia is includedAnything outside of 30 miles radius will have a fee.
31-40 miles = $15
41-50 Miles = $30Please call for details if unsure.

Question 24

What ages are your slumber parties recommended for?

Accepted Answer

Our luxury teepee setups are designed for children ages 5 and up. For safety and comfort reasons, we do not recommend our setups for toddlers or children under 5.

Question 25

What happens if a party guest / Guest of honor gets sick or can no longer attend?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans change! If your guest count drops, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your event. We can easily scale down your package size (subject to our minimum package requirements and minus the extra add-on charges). If the guest of honor gets sick, we will gladly help you reschedule your entire party to a new open date on our calendar at no extra charge.

What do the children sleep on?

We do not use cheap foam mats or noisy pool-style air mattresses. Every guest sleeps on a premium, high-quality inflatable twin-size mattress fitted with a luxury mattress protector and cozy, high-thread-count sheets to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

Do you provide sleeping pillows?

For strict hygiene and health safety reasons, we do not provide sleeping pillows for guests. We provide beautifully styled, theme-specific decorative cushions and plush items, but these are not meant to be slept on. We ask that every child bring their own favorite sleeping pillow from home.

What is your policy on pets?

We kindly ask that all household pets be kept strictly out of the party room for the entire duration of the rental to prevent snags, stains, or pet hair buildup.
